A Mindful Chocolate Experience
Friday, February 13, 6-7 p.m.
We're bringing together two of the greatest things: chocolate and mindfulness!
In this evening experience, you will learn the basics of mindfulness, learn the mechanics of chocolate tasting, and then combine the two in a chocolate tasting adventure. This workshop will use Eldora Chocolate, crafted bean-to-bar here in Albuquerque!

90 Minute Ashtanga Class

Challenge yourself with a 90 minute version of the Primary Series. Modifications and options will be provided. This workshop is suitable for anyone familiar with the Ashtanga Primary Sequence.
