Class Descriptions

Ashtanga
This class is based on Ashtanga yoga, a traditional style of yoga that utilizes a set sequence of poses. Danielle takes the Ashtanga Primary Series and makes it accessible for all students. This class builds both strength and flexibility. Danielle provides modifications, making this class suitable for any student looking for an active class.

Ashtanga + Yin
In this class, we will complete the first half of the Ashtanga Primary Sequence. For the second half of class, we will shift into yin yoga poses to increase the flexibility necessary to deepen the Ashtanga practice.

Ashtanga + Strength
In this class, we will complete the first half of the Ashtanga Primary Sequence. For the second half of class, we will practice strengthening drills and alignment cues. This purpose is to build muscle mass and stamina in order to make the other poses more accessible.

Bend & Be
Set the tone of the day with this intentional class! We start with about 40 minutes of yin yoga for a deep stretch of the muscles and fascia. For the last 20 minutes, we transition into pranayama (breathing) and meditation techniques.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced class that focuses on the deep stretching of connective tissue (fascia, ligaments, joints) through longer help poses. This class is meditative, promoting stillness, breathing, and release of tension. Walk away from class feeler lighter in body, mind, and spirit.

Yoga Flow
This is a vinyasa style class, combining breath with movement. You will build strength and flexibility while connecting mind and body. Danielle provides options and modifications. This class is suitable for all students who are able to get up and down from the floor.
