Ashtanga
Ashtanga yoga is a traditional style of yoga that utilizes a set sequence of poses. In each class, Danielle selects poses from the Ashtanga Primary Series. This class builds both strength and flexibility. Danielle provides modifications, making this class suitable for any student looking for an active class.

Bend & Be
This class will reset the nervous system while it teaches breathing and meditation techniques. In each class, Danielle will guide you through gentle stretches, pranayama (breathing), meditation, and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). This is the perfect mid-day reset! Suitable for all levels.

Evening Flow
Release tension from body and mind in this evening class. The first 30 minutes builds strength with vinyasa (movement & breath) while the second 30 minutes provide deep stretch and relaxation with yin yoga poses. All levels welcome!

Morning Yoga Club
The perfect way to start the day! This class includes discussion about yoga poses and yoga philosophy. It allows both beginners and long time practitioners to delve deeper into all aspects of yoga. Come with your questions, wake up the body and mind, and stay for the sangha (community). Suitable for all levels, but perfect for the curious.

Warrior Flow
This is a vinyasa style class, combining breath and movement, that moves faster than Yoga Flow. You will build strength and flexibility while also finding peace of mind. Danielle provides modifications, making this class suitable for any student looking for an active class.

Yoga Flow
This is a vinyasa style class, combining breath with movement. You will build strength and flexibility while connecting mind and body. Danielle provides options and modifications. This class is suitable for all students who are able to get up and down from the floor.
