Every other Friday morning at 10 a.m. (eastern) starting January 28th, we will explore one chapter from Andrew Weiss' book "Beginning Mindfulness: Learning the Way of Awareness". Part book club, part hands-on practice, these sessions will help you to establish the mindfulness routine that will work for you, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner.
