Shipping & Returns
*Currently, The Salty Blossom website is only equipped to ship within the US. Any international customers, please email us and we can set-up a custom listing for you that includes your specific shipping charge. (email@example.com)
- Any order containing just jewelry ships for free via USPS First Class mail.
- The shipping price of all orders containing crystals/stones is determined by weight. If the order is below 13 ounces, you will have the option of choosing USPS First Class mail, USPS Priority or Express Priority. All orders above 13 ounces can choose USPS Priority or USPS Express Priority.
Please note that we do our best to ensure that your items arrive safely, however we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping.
You may return any item within 10 days of receiving an order. If 10 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you paid shipping fees, these will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
