September 26: Alignment Lab

Come learn the intricacies of adho mukha svanasana, downward facing dog. Danielle will explain alignment cues and then provide each student with individual, hands-on adjustments to make their pose efficient, powerful, and enjoyable.

This workshop is free for current pass holders (unlimited monthly, 5 class pass, and 10 class pass), and carries a fee for drop-in students. Please register in advance as there will be limited spots available.
