Yoga 101: How to Feel Confident in Any Yoga Class

This 4 week class is the perfect intro to all aspects of yoga. Learn how to feel confident walking into ANY yoga class.
Skills learned:
- The structure of a typical yoga class
- Common poses - names and instructions
- Modifications for poses - make the poses work for you!
- Yoga philosophy
Class will meet on Wednesdays, 6-7 p.m. on the following dates: January 7, 14, 21, and 28.
Ignite Your Intention Workshop
Sunday, January 11, 3-5 p.m.
Build meaningful intentions for 2026! We will combine scientific knowledge and energy work. The workshop will include hands-on learning, reflective journaling, and restorative yoga poses to help us set our intention into every cell of our being.
Leave with a specially crafted candle from Bad Moon on the Rise and a crystal bundle from The Salty Blossom to accelerate the manifestation of your intention.
A Mindful Chocolate Experience
Friday, February 13, 6-7 p.m.
We're bringing together two of the greatest things: chocolate and mindfulness!
In this evening experience, you will learn the basics of mindfulness, learn the mechanics of chocolate tasting, and then combine the two in a chocolate tasting adventure. This workshop will use Eldora Chocolate, crafted bean-to-bar here in Albuquerque!
