March 21: Spring Equinox Yoga Mala

Let's welcome in spring with this yoga mala! This class consists of 108 sun salutations. Completing 108 sun salutations is known for producing wonderful results: increased clarity, expansion of mind/spirit, emotional catharsis, and a deep sense of connection.

Although this sounds daunting, Danielle will break this into sections, creating a manageable class with short breaks and modifications.
