August 29: Gentle Somatic Yoga Class

This class is for all those who want to feel light and free in their bodies again!

Gentle somatic yoga is a type of yoga that uses small, slow movements to release chronic tension. We will move intentionally to remove muscle amnesia and invite wellness into those tight muscles.
